I have gone through 5 high profile fantasy sites and taken the average rankings for QB’s.  This is the top 15:

1 - Peyton Manning (Shocker)
2 - Carlson Palmer
3 - Tom Brady (Moss makes him move up)
4 - Drew Brees (Came a long way in 3 years, but I don’t yet believe)
5 - Mark Bulger (has even more offense around him this year)
6 - Donavan McNabb (Would be higher if he was sure to play 16)
7 - Matt Hasselbeck
8 - Vince Young (Ready to be Super Sophmore?)
9 - Tony Romo
10 - Sick Vick (will Horn be the Air attack difference?)
11- Philip Rivers (LT does most of the work)
12 - Jon Kitna (Calvin Johnson should open up field)
13 - Matt Leinhart
14 - Jay Cutler (Javon has to stay healthy)
15 - Eli Manning (another chance to prove himself)

QB not on many radar - Gunslinger Rex Grossman
QB rising up the ranks - Kitna, and Leinhart
QB all over the map - Matt Shaub - most like his skills, but not the offense around him
QB who could surprise - Jason Campbell
